Include your Name, Email, Phone, and Social Media accounts like Twitter, Facebook and Instagram.
You can also register by including the above contact information on a card and sending a self address stamped envelope to:

Step #2: Once registered, participate by submitting videos or images your Social Media accounts: YouTube, Facebook, Twitter and Instagram. Be sure to share you thoughts about the program on the card(s) you receive from us. Planned Acts can also submit videos on your behalf.
Create 1 post per card or PAK related video per Social Media account.
Step #3: Once completed, visit our website at https://www.plannedacts.org/gogreen/, click the “Record PAK Shopper Rewards” button at the bottom of the page and choose a post to add YOUR post to. Otherwise, you can submit via the email form.
You will receive 1 entry per submission to each reply to our Social Media post (located on our site). Multiple submissions of the same content to the same platform are appreciated, but will not result in additional entries.
When posting on Social Media you do not need to submit via email via our submission form or snail mail. Multiple entries are not allowed via these methods.
31 Days of Prizes: Starting May 1, 2019, Planned Acts of Kindness will select a new winner each day at random from the submissions. The more entries you have submitted, the greater your chances are to win.
Winners are announced on our Social Media pages and our web site by 4 pm, EST daily.
Prizes can be picked up at our main office, at select mall locations, or delivered directly to you for a small postage and handling fee.
By submitting your picture or video, you authorize Planned Acts of Kindness the right to post and share said content on its website and Social Media accounts. WE RESPECT YOUR PRIVACY: We will not disclose any email addresses, addresses, phone numbers. Planned Acts of Kindness is the sole arbiter of the contest and has the exclusive right to award said prizes. Prizes must be claimed within 60 days, unclaimed prizes will be given to random members of the Karma Club.
